- Exchange and A/S Information
ㆍWarranty period: 6 months from the date of reward receipt
ㆍPolicy: In case of product defects occurring during normal use, a 1:1 replacement of the relevant component will be provided.
ㆍA/S exclusion policy: Even within the warranty period, if repair or restoration is impossible due to intentional or negligent actions by the user, or if negligence occurs by not following the precautions, A/S will not be provided.
ㆍHow to apply: After providing a detailed explanation of the defect through the designated contact, it will be processed accordingly.

ㆍIn the case of product defects within 6 months, a free warranty is provided, but shipping costs will be charged separately.
