- A dryer can be used, but high-temperature drying may cause fabric shrinkage and shorten the product's lifespan, so we recommend air drying.

- If a product defect is found within 7 days of receipt, free exchange or refund is available.

- For product defects (such as fabric or sewing defects), free exchange is provided within one year from the date of receipt.
- Asomne Quality Assurance Policy
- If an initial manufacturing defect occurs, we will immediately exchange it for a new product.
- If the same product is out of stock, we will support an exchange for a product of equal or greater value.
