- Delivery to Jeju/remote island areas: Please enter 3,000 KRW in the "Add Additional Support" section when funding.

- Delivery may take 1-2 additional days due to weather conditions or courier circumstances.

Refunds and Exchanges (AS)

- Warranty period: Within 2 weeks from the date of reward receipt.

- A/S Policy:
   * If the reward is defective or faulty upon receipt, free A/S is available.
   * For exchanges or returns due to incorrect orders or simple change of mind (such as color or design changes), the supporter is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

- Exchanges/returns are possible only for unused products within 2 weeks from the date of reward receipt.

Cases not considered reward defects

1. There may be a difference of about 1-2cm in actual size depending on the measurement method.
2. As the product includes handmade processes, there may be a size difference of about 1-3mm for each item.
3. Minor scratches may occur during the manufacturing process.
4. Due to monitor characteristics, the color may appear different depending on your screen.
5. All stainless steel products use polishing agents for shine. Please make sure to wash before use.
6. Please avoid using rough materials or metal scrubbers. Clean with a soft sponge or cloth and neutral detergent.
7. Do not expose directly to fire.
8. Scratches, differences in gloss, and shape inconsistencies that occur during the manufacturing process are normal and cannot be exchanged or returned free of charge.
