Bringorganic is a clean beauty body care brand that started in 2018,
We produce and distribute natural waxing products directly in Korea.

The reason we started the brand was simple.
While searching for products safe for sensitive skin,
We ultimately could not find a satisfactory alternative.
So we made a decision.

A/S policy for defects occurring during use

If the product is defective, it can be exchanged. However, issues such as scratches on the packaging are not grounds for a refund. Within 7 days of receiving the reward, Wadiz's refund policy for initial defects will take precedence.

Warranty period: If a defect occurs during use within 7 days after receipt

Regulation: If a defect occurs during normal use, a 1:1 replacement will be provided.

Cases where A/S is not available

• If part or all of the reward is damaged, contaminated, or defaced due to the supporter’s fault.
• If a return/refund request due to a simple change of mind by the supporter is made more than 7 days after receiving the reward.
• If the item is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange request procedure through the maker.
