● Maker Introduction

Hello, I am Lee Chung-hwan, the brand manager of Gotivash.

I am in charge of umbrella development and product inspection.

Gotivash aims to go beyond simply being an 'umbrella that doesn't get wet in the rain.'
We wanted to create an umbrella that you would want to carry even on rainy days.

Since starting the brand, I have personally used, repaired, and tested countless umbrellas,
constantly pondering, 'What truly makes a good umbrella?'.

This project is an extension of that ongoing thought process.
With a sturdy and lightweight full carbon structure,
we have incorporated the warm sensibility of natural wood and premium details.

● Reason for Funding

Since we first introduced the full carbon umbrella on Wadiz,
many supporters have requested encore and new product funding.

However, we did not want to simply repeat ourselves,
but to return with a more perfect and unique product. That is why we wanted to come back with something truly special.
Although this comeback took a bit longer, we have put even more thought and preparation into it.

Based on the expertise accumulated through experimenting with various full carbon umbrellas,
we have completed the two most perfected models, and have brought them to completion.
We wish to start this journey again together on Wadiz.

● Funding Usage Plan

The valuable funds raised through this campaign
will be used forsecuring molds and materials for the development and production of the next series, as well as improving prototypes, and other related purposes.

This project is not just a one-time product,
but will evolve into a wider range of premium umbrella series beyond just long umbrellas, and we hope to continue developing in this direction.
This funding will serve as a solid foundation for that growth.
