Hello, I am Choo Booyeon, operating the brand Ensure!

First of all, I sincerely thank all the supporters who participated in Ensure's first funding and first encore.
It was the choices of each and every one of you that led to great achievements.
Throughout the entire project, every single step was deeply meaningful to me. This was not just a project to sell short-sleeved shirts, but knowing that there were people who resonated with my vision and attention to detail gave me great strength :)
I believe this encore funding is not just a simple resale, but a way to give back to the supporters who trusted and purchased from us.
As a maker, and as an individual, I put my sincerity into creating this.

[ensure Ensure] means 'to guarantee', and 'Let's provide customers with guaranteed quality products at the most reasonable prices' is the brand slogan under which we were founded.

We are currently operating a unisex casual fashion brand in Korea, and the reason we, who are running a popular brand, have come to Wadiz under the name Ensure is!
It is to deliver to you, at a reasonable price, a very expensive fabric that is hard to find in Korea!!

While sampling countless fabrics every day, we came across a fabric of a quality rarely found in Korea.
However, it did not fit the concept of our existing brand, and it was too good to simply let go. So, thinking how great it would be to share the unique advantages of this fabric with many people, we decided to introduce it through Wadiz.

Q Is it unisex?
A Both men and women can wear this product. We recommend checking the size guide and model specifications to find the best fit for you.
 
Q Is it possible to exchange sizes or colors?
A Please understand that, as this reward is made to order, exchanges for size or color due to size mistakes or simple change of mind are not possible.
 
Q How should I care for and wash it?
A- For the first wash, we recommend hand washing with a neutral detergent.
- Do not use a dryer, as the garment may shrink. For natural drying, hang it on a hanger to keep it looking like new.
- Wash gently in the washing machine or by hand at a standard water temperature of 30°C. Use a neutral detergent.

- Do not use chlorine bleach, and do not soak in water for more than 30 minutes.

- When wringing by hand, do so gently. If using a spin dryer, use it for a short time only.

- Machine drying may damage the product, so always air dry. Hang on a hanger in the shade.

- Iron at 80–120°C.

Shipping Information

1. The reward A/S warranty period is from 7 days after receipt of the reward up to 1 year.

3. Cases where A/S is not available
- Even within the warranty period, if repair or restoration is impossible due to the user's intentional or negligent actions.
  - If the reward is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the supporter (excluding packaging damage for simple inspection purposes).
  - If the value of the reward has decreased due to use or consumption by the supporter.
  - If the value of the reward has been lost to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time.
