Our household goods brand, Mugu, also follows the same philosophy, creating products that can be used in daily life without unnecessary sacrifice.

Why We Chose Wadiz

Dryers have now become an essential home appliance, not just an option. However, many people still use fabric softeners during the washing stage or use products in dryers without knowing which ones are suitable. We have considered this issue.
"Isn't there a way to share a more proper and efficient method?"

In response, we would like to properly introduce the 'dryer-specific fabric softener' once again.

Especially since this Wadiz funding marks our return after two years, we wanted to go beyond simply presenting our product and share the usage methods and values we have considered. We wanted to let more people know about ways to use less for the same effect, reduce unnecessary waste, and care for the environment.

Plan for Use of Funds

The valuable support funds collected through this campaign will be used not only for product production, but will be focused on development for a better user experience.
Currently, Mugu is planning a laundry detergent brand tailored to different fabric materials. Our goal is to minimize fabric damage even after repeated washing and drying, so you can feel like you are wearing new clothes every time.

We are preparing products that reflect various lifestyles and preferences, such as those dedicated to jeans, bedding, and knits, and we are carefully considering scents and textures that make you want to use them every day.

We will continue to improve so that we can be closer to and stay longer in your daily life.

* How to Use Dryer Sheets
▪ After washing, place your clothes in the dryer and add a Mugu dryer sheet.
▪ Standard Usage Amount

• Up to 3kg: 1 sheet
• 3~5kg: 1-2 sheets
• Over 5kg: 2-3 sheets

▪ Operate the dryer with your desired drying mode.
Recommended drying temperature: 100℃ or below
(If dried at temperatures above 100℃, the scent may dissipate.)

▪Please dispose of used sheets in the trash.

1. I am curious about the capacity/country of manufacture/expiration date..
The capacity is 80 sheets. It is produced by an excellent detergent manufacturer certified as a domestic venture, and the rewards will be delivered with an expiration date after February 2028.

2. The outer packaging of the fabric softener sheets is wrinkled. Is this normal?
The outer packaging of the fabric softener sheets uses special packaging designed to preserve the scent for longer. There may be wrinkles, but please note that this does not affect the product's function.

3. Can I use it when drying newborn clothes?
Mugu dryer sheets are free from harmful substances and can be safely used by the whole family.

4. There is still fragrance left on the sheet after use. Is it reusable?
Mugu dryer sheets are single-use products, and their effectiveness may decrease if reused. Instead of reusing, we recommend placing them in closets, shoe cabinets, or bags.

5. Can I put it in the washing machine instead of fabric softener?
It cannot be used in the washing machine. Please use it in the dryer.

Exchange/AS/Refund Policy

• Defective or damaged products received will be exchanged free of charge.

• Exchanges and refunds are not available for product damage caused by the supporter’s negligence, not by product defects.
• The process will proceed after verifying that the information of the person requesting exchange/refund/AS matches the supporter information.

2. Cases where exchange/refund is not possible

• If the reward is lost or damaged due to the supporter’s negligence, not due to a product defect.
• If the value of the reward has decreased due to use or consumption by the supporter.
• If the value of the reward has been lost to the extent that resale is impossible due to the passage of time.
• If the item was returned arbitrarily without following the exchange/refund/AS request procedure through the maker.
