[Wadiz Exclusive] Traditional Binyeo Transformed into a Brush by a Master Artisan

Maker Introduction

Hello. We are the B-im Project team from Glamizer.

This project was carried out by four female members of Glamizer, and it was a challenge to create a new type of product, from the brush to the head cover, that did not exist in the existing brush market.
It was not easy to design and realize an unprecedented product,

but as women, we were inspired by the ornaments of women in the past,
and the experience of completing this project was a truly meaningful time for us.
We hope that this product will go beyond being a simple tool,

and become a product that contains the beauty and stories of women.

Exchange, Refund, and After-Sales Service Policy

• The refund period due to defects is 30 days from the date the supporter becomes aware or could have become aware of the issue.
• You may request a refund within 7 days from the date the reward delivery is completed.
  If the delivery completion date cannot be confirmed, a reasonable period will be determined considering the sales type and delivery method.

• In the following cases, you may request a refund due to a simple change of mind.

1. If the reward is lost or damaged due to the supporter’s fault.
2. If the value of the reward has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the supporter.
3. If the value of the reward has significantly decreased over time, making it difficult to resell.
4. If the packaging of a reproducible reward is damaged.
5. If the reward is individually produced according to the supporter’s funding, and the limitation on returns or exchanges was explicitly notified and agreed upon at the time of funding.
6. If the return of the reward is restricted by other laws and regulations.

FAQ

1. Due to the nature of the brush manufacturing process, all brushes are handmade, so the handle and hair shape may not be 100% identical.
2. For the head cover, it is designed to be easily opened and closed, so if you apply force to the brush while the cover is on,
   the lower part of the cover may open. Please note that this is not a product defect.
3. When cleaning, please use lukewarm water. Using hot water may cause hair shedding.
4. When drying, stand the brush upside down and dry it in the shade. If water enters the ferrule (the joint between the hair and handle),
   hair shedding may occur.
5. When not in use, please store the brush in the dedicated head cover to prevent deformation of the hair shape as much as possible.
