SODOWE. is a vegan living brand that started with this sentence.
Veganism is not just about eating plant-based food, but about finding ways for people and animals to live together in nature.
Worrying about waste when drinking coffee in a take-out cup,
Feeling sorry for polar bears suffering from homelessness,
If you are worried about tomorrow due to the extinction of bees.

We all practice veganism in various ways. We use vegan ingredients and exclude animal testing (cruelty-free), aiming for veganism from raw materials to the production process. Sodowi wanted to convey that true veganism goes beyond the narrow meaning of 'vegetarianism' and includes everything that seeks ways for humans and animals to coexist in nature. We deliver the message, "If you want to practice eco-friendliness for our ailing planet, you are also a vegan in the broad sense."

Reason for choosing the Wadiz platform

Since May 2020, we have been meeting our supporters through Wadiz. At Wadiz, where we began our journey, we wanted to present our new products first to the supporters who have made Sodowi what it is today. We believed that if it was Wadiz and Wadiz supporters, they would listen to the true meaning and story of Sodowi. There are people who recognize the value contained in our products ahead of others. :) We ask for your great support and interest in Sodowi's new direction.

Plan for use of funds

The funds raised from this project will be used for the expansion and research and development of Sodowi's new direction. We will also strive to improve our products through communication with our supporters, take the lead in meaningful activities as a company that values veganism, eco-friendliness, and animals, and grow into a sincere brand.

Shipping information

1) Rewards will be shipped via Lotte Courier and CJ Logistics.
2) Up to 1,000 items will be shipped per day in the order of pre-orders. We will share shipping updates through our news section.
3) The shipping package will be sent with cushioning material and box packaging.

5) For Jeju Island and other remote areas, an additional shipping fee of 5,500 KRW will be charged. Please enter 5,500 KRW in 'Add to Support Amount' when pre-ordering.

Exchange information

* Exchanges/refunds can be requested within [7 days] for change of mind after receiving the product, or within [30 days] for defects.
* However, exchanges/refunds are not possible in the following cases.
* For Sodowi Sulfur Shampoo funding, the Wadiz refund policy takes precedence.

· If the product is lost or damaged due to the supporter’s responsibility (except for opening the package to check the contents).
· If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to use or consumption by the supporter.
· If the value of the product has decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time.
· If the packaging of a reproducible product has been damaged.
· In cases where the provision of services or digital content as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 5 of the "Framework Act on the Promotion of Cultural Industries" has commenced.
· In cases where products are individually manufactured according to the order, or if recognizing withdrawal of the offer is expected to cause irreparable and significant damage to the maker, provided that this fact has been separately notified in advance for the transaction and written consent has been obtained from the supporter.
· In cases corresponding to other reasons for return restrictions under relevant laws and regulations.

• Minor scratches may occur during the production, packaging, or delivery process of the reward, and these are not considered defects of the reward.

• Even within the warranty period, returns are not possible if the product is damaged due to the user's intentional act or negligence.
