Refund, exchange, and A/S policy for funding

If there is a defect or fault upon receiving the reward, free A/S is available (round-trip shipping costs covered by the maker).

For product malfunctions or defects that occur during normal use, free A/S is available for one year from the date of reward receipt (shipping costs not included).
