Currently, the steam iron market is divided between expensive system irons and low-performance handheld irons, forcing consumers to always compromise between performance and price.
To address these pain points, STEAM X planned a project to incorporate Swiss 5.2bar high-pressure steam technology into a compact all-in-one structure.
The purpose of this project is to verify usability optimized for the domestic living environment through feedback from Wadiz supporters, and to drastically reduce distribution costs through initial mass production.
The product's greatest competitiveness lies in its overwhelming specifications and space efficiency.
The 5.2bar high-pressure steam, which is three times more powerful than ordinary products, penetrates deep into fabrics to create dry-cleaner-level sharp creases in one go, while the all-in-one system with an integrated ironing board shortens preparation time and allows for slim 15cm storage. In addition, a self-cleaning function that removes internal limescale with the press of a button is designed to maintain initial performance semi-permanently.
The reason for launching the product through Wadiz is to offer an honest price proposal through distribution innovation.
By boldly eliminating intermediary distribution margins, we offer premium appliances at an unprecedented price in the 100,000 KRW range, and aim to first gain recognition for the product's authenticity from groups that value both practicality and performance.
