Hello, I am Naz, the maker of OOOOB.
Even though we live in a world where AI does everything for us, I still love the scent of books that brushes my nose and the texture of paper at my fingertips.

I try to reduce the time spent scrolling on my smartphone, and instead, I head out to cafes or for walks with light belongings and a paper book..

Reading became a burden at one point.

Most book bags on the market are too casual or have cute designs,
and they are only made in lightweight eco-bag styles, so on days when I dress up,
of course, and even with my usual style, they surprisingly didn't match, so I found myself using them less and less.

But if I put a book in a regular bag,
a mini bag smaller than the book can't be used unless I give up reading,

and with a larger bag,the corners of the book get damaged by other belongings,
and the inside of the bag gets messy,so it became a hassle to find and take out a book every time.

Q. Can I take it outside on rainy days?

A. Since it is vegetable leather without chemical coating, it is vulnerable to water, scratches, and stains. For light rain or moisture, wipe it off immediately before it is absorbed. If it gets partially wet, stains may occur. If the product is wet, avoid direct sunlight and let it air dry in a cool, shaded place without deforming its shape.

Q. Will it stain if I wear light-colored clothes?

A. Because it is naturally dyed with plant-based dyes, color transfer may occur due to friction or sweat. Please be careful when wearing light-colored clothing.

Q. There are marks or spots on the leather surface. Is this a defect?

A. This is not a defect. Tendons, pores, wrinkles, spots, and scars are natural characteristics of genuine leather. Marks from the production process and number printing on the back are features of the leather, not defects, and are not grounds for exchange or refund.

Q. How should I care for the leather?

A. Please avoid general coatings or cleaners, and use leather-specific oil care products for maintenance.

Q. What are the unique advantages of vegetable leather?

A. The leather undergoes aging, where its color deepens and develops a sheen (patina) due to the user's habits, sunlight, and natural oils from the hands. It does not simply wear out, but ages into a unique item of your own.

Q. After funding,How can I change the option/shipping address/card information?

Q. What is the exchange/refund/AS policy?

A. You can cancel your funding on the 'Funding Details' page until the project deadline, but cancellations are not possible after the deadline. Please carefully check the exchange/refund/AS policy in the 'Funding Information' tab at the top of the page before funding.

The following reasons are not considered product defects and are therefore non-refundable.

• Natural wrinkles and stretch marks: Unique wrinkles that occur depending on the area such as the cow's neck or abdomen.
  
  
• Minor scratches and spots: Scars from the cow's activity, insect bites, pores, etc.
  
  
• Color and tone differences: Slight differences in dye tones depending on the leather area or processing period (color variation).
  
  
• Vein marks (tendons): Faint vein-shaped lines visible on the leather surface.
  
  
• Minor scratches from the manufacturing process: Shallow abrasions that may occur during processing (these will naturally blend in through the aging process with use).
  
  
• Number barcode on the back: A mark indicating information on the leather ledger from the tannery, which may appear on the inside or back of the product when using full-grain leather.

Due to the characteristics of the leather used, the inner storage or pocket areas may feel a bit tight at first. As you use the product, the leather will gradually become more supple and spacious.

There may be a difference between the outer and inner dimensions due to actual measurements.
There may be a margin of error of about 5mm to 1cm.
