🛡️ Exchange and Return Policy

This reward is made fresh and delivered without preservatives.Fresh/Frozen Food Due to the nature of the product, exchanges and returns for simple change of mind are strictly limited. We kindly ask for your understanding and request that you carefully review the detailed policy below before participating in the funding.

1. Exchange/Return Policy for Reward Defects and Incorrect Deliveries

Application deadline: Within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the reward, you must contact us via KakaoTalk channel or Wadiz inquiry. (Due to the nature of food products, it is difficult to determine the cause after a long period has passed since receipt.)
Applicable reasons:
- If the reward is already severely damaged and the contents have leaked at the time of delivery completion.
- If a completely different product from the ordered reward set ([DANA] / [PLENTY]) is delivered by mistake.
- If the product arrives contaminated due to defective packaging causing the seal to be broken.
How to apply: To accurately verify the condition of the product, photos (or videos) of the problematic area and a photo of the shipping label attached to the parcel box must be taken and attached when making an inquiry. Upon confirmation, we will promptly assist with reshipment or refund at the maker's full expense for shipping.

2. Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Absolutely Not Possible (Precautions)

Change of mind: Exchanges or refunds due to the supporter's subjective preferences or change of mind, such as "The taste is different from what I expected," "It does not suit my taste," or "I no longer need it for personal reasons," are not possible in accordance with the Food Sanitation Act and the Electronic Commerce Act.
Address errors and unreachable contact: If the supporter enters the wrong delivery address, fails to notify the maker of an address change due to moving, or does not respond to the courier's contact resulting in the product being left unattended for a long time (e.g., at the security office) and the product deteriorates, the maker is not responsible and refunds are not possible.
Failure to follow storage instructions: If the product is not stored immediately upon receipt according to the provided instructions (frozen storage), and is left at room temperature or kept in the refrigerator for too long causing spoilage or deterioration, exchange and refund are not possible.
Partial consumption and disposal: Even if you believe there is an issue with the product, if you cook, consume, or dispose of the product without taking photographic evidence, it will be difficult to provide compensation as it is impossible to accurately verify the defect. Please be sure to take and keep a photo of the product in the exact condition in which you found the problem.

3. Information on cancellations and duplicate payments

During the funding period, you can freely cancel your funding at any time through your Wadiz My Page. However,After the funding ends, the process immediately moves to reward production and raw material procurement, so cancellation is absolutely impossible once production has started.
To ensure that your reward is not withheld due to payment failure after the funding ends, please check the balance and expiration date of your registered card before the scheduled payment date.
