Warranty period: 1 year from the date of reward receipt.
Policy: Free warranty for product defects occurring during normal use within the warranty period.
Exchange and A/S exclusion policy: Even within the warranty period, warranty is not provided if the product is not used according to the instructions in the manual and warranty card, in cases of improper operation or maintenance, if repair or restoration is impossible due to intentional or negligent actions by the user, simple change of mind, loss of value due to the passage of time making resale difficult, or if the product is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange/refund/A/S procedures through the maker.
Return policy: No returns after opening. For change of mind before opening, a shipping fee of 7,000 KRW will be charged.
