Raspberries are cultivated in various ways, including greenhouses, rain shelters, and open fields.

Field-grown raspberries are only available from late May to early June,

but fresh raspberries grown under optimal care can be enjoyed from April.

Raspberries, which are difficult to cultivate, are being harvested in excellent health in greenhouses with the best care, and we are harvesting them now!

Our farm grows even sweeter raspberries by making use of the abundant sunlight,
and we grow raspberries even healthier using eco-friendly methods.

We do not use any chemical fertilizers or harmful pesticides, but instead make and use our own compost and liquid fertilizer,
so we can harvest even healthier raspberries!

We deliver freshly harvested raspberries, which are easily bruised and delicate if even slightly delayed, with their freshness intact.

Each 250g pack is delivered in an icebox with an ice pack.

The storage and washing methods for raspberries are
extremely important!

Raspberries contain a lot of moisture,and have a delicate flesh.

Therefore, if you store them as they are when purchased,
they can easily become mushy and moldy, so proper storage and washing methods are important!

You can eat the washed raspberries fresh,
or try them with granola in Greek yogurt, or add them to a salad!

• Why Wadiz?

These are fresh raspberries harvested in Korea for only a brief 2-3 week period, not frozen. They spoil easily and are difficult to store, so we believed Wadiz was the most suitable platform to deliver these precious fresh raspberries directly from the farm. Additionally, we wanted to exclusively introduce our farm's special raspberries to supporters who show great interest and encouragement for various fruits produced in Korea. :)

1. If the project is successful, payments will be processed daily at 5 p.m. starting from the day after the end date. (Payments will be processed for 2 days after the end date)

• Shipping Information

1. Rewards will be shipped via Lotte Courier. (The courier company may change depending on circumstances.)
2. Reward delivery may be expedited or delayed depending on the harvest season. Please consider this when making a reservation purchase.
3. Any schedule changes due to natural disasters will be announced through updates.

• Exchange/Refund Policy

1. Minor scratches may occur during the harvesting, packaging, and shipping process, and these do not constitute a defect in the reward.
2. Due to the nature of the product, issues related to personal taste, the size of the reward (except in cases where it is significantly smaller than described), or matters that were previously announced do not constitute a defect in the reward.
3. If the condition of the fruit is not good due to impact during delivery, please take a photo immediately and contact us via 'Contact Maker' within 24 hours. We will respond in the order inquiries are received. (Photos of the entire product, the problematic area, and the invoice if necessary)
4. If you inquire after 24 hours, exchange or refund may not be possible, so please check immediately upon receipt and contact us with photos!

1. Supporters may request a refund by canceling payment before the maker registers the reward shipping information after the final payment date, and may also request a refund within 7 days of the reward delivery date (or within a reasonable period determined by the sales type and shipping method if the delivery date cannot be confirmed). However, if the reward is an intangible good or service, refunds may be requested in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and the refund and exchange policy set by the maker.
   
   

1. Notwithstanding Paragraph 1, supporters cannot request a refund or exchange in the following cases.
   1. If the reward is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the supporter.
   2. If the value of the reward has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the supporter.
   3. If the value of the reward has significantly decreased over time to the extent that it is difficult to resell it.
   4. If the packaging of a reward that can be duplicated is damaged.
   5. If the reward is individually produced according to the supporter's order, and the limitations on returns or exchanges are explicitly notified at the time of sale and the supporter has agreed to them.
   6. If the return of the reward is restricted by other laws and regulations.

Notwithstanding Paragraphs 1 and 2 above, if a reward different from what was indicated or advertised is delivered, the supporter may request a refund within 3 months from the date of delivery completion or within 30 days from the date the fact was recognized or could have been recognized. However, please be aware in advance that refunds may be difficult due to the nature of perishable living organisms.
