Return Policy and Exchange/A/S Policy

Exchange

โ€ข Once the box is opened after receiving the reward, exchange is not possible.
โ€ข Refunds for initial defects or simple change of mind are possible within 7 days of receipt.
โ€ข If the exchange is due to a product defect, the maker will cover all related costs.
โ€ข If the exchange is due to a simple change of mind, you must pay the round-trip shipping fee (6,000 KRW).


If it is not a reward defect

โ€ข Due to the nature of the reward, minor scratches may occur, which are not considered defects or faults.
โ€ข The delivery box may be crumpled during shipping, which is not considered a defect or fault of the reward.

Return or Refund Guide
