- Due to the nature of fresh produce, issues related to personal taste, the size of the reward (except in cases where it is significantly smaller than described), or matters previously notified do not qualify as defects.
- If the condition of the fruit is not good due to impact during delivery, please take a photo immediately and contact us via 'Contact Maker' within 24 hours of receipt. (Include a photo of the entire product, photos of the problematic areas, and the invoice if necessary.)
