Farewells come without warning, and we often have to say goodbye to our pets without being able to fully express our love to those who cannot speak. This project is not simply a technological result that animates photos. It is a way to soothe the sorrow lingering in your heart from a sudden farewell, and to help with healthy goodbyes and the preservation of memories.Healing of the heart" is what we aim for.

2. What we needed was not a 'bulletin board,' but 'warmth.'
The sincerity of a creator who understands the pain of pet loss.
Parents who have lost their pets due to accidents or illness often fall into deep sorrow. Reading the letters posted by parents on the memorial websites for pets shows just how great the grief of losing a pet can be. However, current memorial spaces are limited to simple bulletin boards where a few photos and memorial messages are posted. This is far from enough to remember the vivid voices and expressions of our beloved pets.
A technological leap beyond the limitations of the existing market.
Existing AI memorial videos take more than three days to produce and cost over 300,000 KRW (350,000 KRW for 100 characters, 400,000 KRW for 200 characters, 450,000 KRW for 300 characters). We have broken down this barrier by building an automated system using the latest AI technology. Now, families can communicate with their pets and vividly cherish precious memories.

① A natural reunion that surpasses the 8-second limit: High-quality memorial videos
Existing AI video generation technology could only create about 8 seconds at a time, often resulting in interrupted flow. We implemented 'Seamless Stitching' technology using the VEO 3.1 API to finely connect 8-second video segments.With just a single photo, we can precisely reproduce the child's expressions and lip-sync, delivering seamless liveliness even in long videos over one minute..
② The emotion of videos where the child comforts the family and celebrates birthdays
We use AI technology to create videos where the child comforts the family who misses them after crossing the rainbow bridge. We also create videos of the child celebrating family birthdays using AI technology and send them to the family on their special day.
Supporters who purchase the reward will be asked to write messages for comforting the family and celebrating family birthdays. Based on the content entered by the supporter, we produce the comfort and celebration videos. Videos are produced in the order the rewards are purchased.
③ 'Daily Care' to share everyday moments (planned for the second round of funding)
Instead of leaving the child alone in an online memorial space, families can naturally remember and care for their child in daily life through a new interface that allows them to feed and give water to the child at set times, just like before. This provides psychological comfort. We plan to develop this feature with the funds raised in the first round and proceed with the second round of funding. Always be with your child in the online memorial space.

There are three video lengths: 24 seconds (120 characters), 40 seconds (200 characters), and 56 seconds (280 characters). - D+42: Accept requests for video revisions.

Online Memorial is a company that has developed an online memorial space solution using the latest AI video and voice generation technology. A UX design Ph.D. with 25 years of experience developed the solution in the shortest period (2 months) and at the lowest cost (one person's labor) using AI coding tools, reducing the AI video production cost to one-seventh of domestic AI memorial videos. In this project, we will do our best to produce an 8-second AI video (40 characters) for 15,000 KRW, so that more families can have the opportunity to meet their children.

The reason we came to Wadiz is
In our country, the memorial culture for pets has long remained in the analog method of visiting pet funeral homes. Since funeral homes are often far from where people live, it is difficult to visit frequently. We hope this will be a valuable opportunity to collaborate with Wadiz supporters who pursue value-driven consumption, in order to spread a digital memorial culture beyond traditional practices.
