Refunds and Exchanges (AS)

Warranty period: 1 year from the date of reward receipt.

• If the product is heavily soiled, please wash and dry it completely before sending.

Free AS Information:

If there is a defect in the product's performance or function due to normal use within the warranty period, repairs will be provided free of charge.

The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.

Paid AS Information:

If the product is damaged due to customer negligence or lack of care, repairs will be provided at a reasonable cost.

Repair costs will be informed after the representative receives and inspects the product.

-For 14 days after receiving the reward, the Wadiz refund policy takes precedence.

AS Policy: If there is a defect or fault upon receiving the reward, free AS is available. (Round-trip shipping costs covered by the maker)

• If a defect occurs due to the supporter’s intentional or negligent use after using the product, paid AS will be provided if repair is possible (supporter is responsible for round-trip shipping costs). If repair is not possible, AS cannot be provided even within the warranty period.

*If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the consumer

*Scratches and sewing threads that may occur during the manufacturing process due to the nature of industrial products
