Exchange/Return and After-Sales Service
You can cancel your order in the 'Pre-order Details' before the project ends, but cancellations are not possible after the deadline.
Refunds are subject to Wadiz's refund policy. For product defects or exchange inquiries, please contact the maker or the A/S center below, and we will handle it promptly.
- This A/S policy does not apply to initial defects that occur within 7 days of receiving the reward.
- Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of reward receipt
- A/S Policy: If there is a critical defect in the reward that was not previously announced after receipt, or if a product defect occurs during normal use, the reward will be replaced 1:1 with a new one.
- Cases Where A/S Is Not Available: Even within the warranty period, if repair or use is impossible due to the user's intentional actions or negligence.

Cases Not Recognized as Reward Defects
Due to the nature of the reward, the following issues may occur and are not considered defects or faults. Please keep this in mind when participating in the funding and contact us if you have any questions.
- The actual color may differ slightly depending on screen brightness, device, and shooting environment.
- There may be a difference of up to 2cm depending on the measurement method and processing environment.
- Minor scratches and marks on the silicone parts may occur during the manufacturing process and are not grounds for return or exchange.
