Pre-order Returns and A/S Information
What is the exchange/success fund return policy? Until the reward shipping information is registered, supporters can individually cancel their orders in My Wadiz under payment history.
Exchanges and refunds for initial defects or change of mind are possible within 30 days of receiving the reward. Also, after the pre-order ends, if you cancel due to a change of mind or request a return of the success fund, round-trip shipping costs may apply.
What are the A/S regulations?
1. The A/S period is three months after receipt, and regardless of the period, A/S due to supporter negligence will incur a fee.
2. Please make sure to submit all A/S requests to hidenjh2525@nate.com.
3. A/S service is provided via courier, and after depositing a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW to the designated account, the service will be processed.
