Cases where exchange or crowdfunding refund is possible
It is possible within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
If the product or service you received is different from what was indicated or advertised, or was delivered differently, you may request an exchange or refund within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the issue.
Cases where exchange or crowdfunding refund is not possible
If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the supporter. However, this does not apply if the packaging was damaged to check the contents of the product. If the packaging or product is damaged and the product's value is lost (e.g., home appliances, food, music albums, etc.), except for cases where refunds/exchanges for defective pixels on products with LCD screens such as laptops, LCD monitors, and digital cameras follow the manufacturer's standards.
If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the supporter.
If the value of the product has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult.
