Exchange / Return / Refund Policy
-Unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a simple change of mind.
-Products or packaging that are damaged cannot be exchanged or returned.
-Used products cannot be exchanged or returned for safety reasons.
A/S (Warranty) Information
1) Warranty Period
-One year from the date of purchase (order date)
-Product defects within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.
-If there is customer negligence or the warranty has expired, repairs and exchanges will be charged.
2) How to request A/S
-For the fastest and most accurate assistance, please call the Cousin Customer Center at 1668-1330.
-Please prepare the following when consulting with the customer center.
- Name, contact information, address
- Product model name and detailed symptoms
- Photo of the sticker on the bottom of the product for manufacturing date verification
- Proof of purchase date or purchase information, if possible
3) Consultation Hours
Monday to Thursday, 09:30 to 17:00
Friday, 09:30 to 16:30
Lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00. Closed on weekends and public holidays.
4) Repair Process
After registration is complete, a courier pickup request will be made. The courier company will contact and visit you within 1 to 3 business days.
After the product arrives, inspection and repair or exchange will be carried out.
Upon completion, results and costs will be provided if applicable.
For safe transportation, please use protective packaging focusing on the main unit and components.
5) Paid Repair and Exchange Information
If the warranty period has expired or the issue is due to customer negligence, charges will apply.
Costs may vary depending on the model and issue, and exact details will be provided during consultation.
