Exchange and A/S Policy
Within 14 days of receiving the reward, the Wadiz refund policy takes precedence.
If more than 14 days have passed during the exchange or A/S process, a refund is not possible.
After 14 days from receiving the reward, exchanges or refunds are not possible for damage, breakage, or defects.
Therefore, in case of a defect in the reward, please carefully decide between exchange or refund.

- If part or all of the reward is damaged, contaminated, or defaced due to the supporter’s fault.
- Change of mind by the supporter.
- If the item is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange request procedure through the maker.
- Due to the nature of food, if more than 2 days have passed since delivery or if the item is arbitrarily discarded or returned, refunds and reshipment may be restricted.
- If the recipient's information is unclear (incorrect phone number/address) and delivery cannot be completed or is misdelivered, refunds may be restricted due to the nature of food. Please provide accurate recipient information.
However, in case of product damage, if you contact customer service with photos within 24 hours of receipt, courier accident processing is possible.

Q. How is the delivery made?
A. This product is immediately frozen after production and shipped packed in an ice box.
* The product itself acts as an ice pack, so there is no impact on the product even without an ice pack.
Please keep this in mind when funding.
Q. How should I store the product?
A. Please store it frozen (below -18℃), and only defrost and refrigerate the amount you plan to consume.
Q. What is the shelf life?
A. 12 months from the date of manufacture / As this product is produced frequently, it is difficult to provide the exact manufacturing date.

Q. How can I enjoy Sikhye more deliciously?
A. If you eat it when it is only slightly thawed, it may taste watery. For the best taste, consume it when it is partially thawed with some ice crystals remaining.
