About the maker
Hello. This is the CEO of Buddy Company.
I have spent 30 years laughing and crying with clothes, working as a designer to business division head at major fashion brands (casual, sports, women's wear).
Now, with 30 years of accumulated know-how, I run the "Buddy Play" shop, producing and selling outdoor street casual <Everyday Holiday>, women's clothing <Jenifi>, and eco total brand <Baia> from fabric to finished product.

Motivation and purpose of the project
We challenged ourselves on Wadiz, believing that we could meet supporters who share our beliefs and values, and that we could all be happy together through BUDDY Co.'s design, quality, and value.
After a long period of preparation, following the outdoor street casual brand <Everyday Holiday>,
we have launched the eco total brand <BAIA>.
Going forward, Buddy Companyโs eco total brand <BAIA*> will grow into a brand that introduces new products with special configurations and prices through Wadiz.
We will become a brand that grows together with Wadiz supporters by providing valuable products.

Q. How should I wash and care for the product?
A. This product is made of 100% cotton and has been fully washed, so it is machine washable.
However, please avoid using hot water.
Q. Is it okay to use a dryer?
A. This product can be used in a dryer.
However, we recommend hanging it on a hanger and drying it in the shade after washing.
Q. Are there any tips for drying without wrinkles?
A. Since this product is 100% cotton and washed, it has a washed effect on the surface.
However, if you shake it out and hang it on a hanger after washing, you can dry it with minimal wrinkles.
Q. Is it okay to wash it together with other clothes?
A. We recommend washing separately. If unavoidable, wash with similar colors. Also, excessive use of detergent and products containing chlorine or oxygen bleach may cause discoloration, so please use a neutral detergent.
Q. Is exchange possible?
A. Until the funding ends, you can directly change your options in My Page. After receiving the reward, please contact us first. If there is stock available in the size you wish to exchange, we will allow a one-time exchange. However, you must include a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW (12,000 KRW for Jeju Island and remote areas). Please contact us through 'Contact the Maker' on this page or the Kakao Channel 'Baia,' and we will do our best to assist you.
Q. How can I change my option, shipping address, or card information after funding?
A. You can edit your information on the 'Funding Details' page until the funding deadline. If you need to change your shipping address after the funding deadline due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us through 'Contact the Maker' on this page or the KakaoTalk channel 'Buddy Company.'
Shipping Information
- Rewards will be shipped via Logen Courier. Please note that the courier company is closed during our own holidays, all public holidays, and Sundays.
- We ship in secure courier envelopes or boxes.
- We ship 50 to 70 items per day in order. Depending on the quantity, shipping may be shortened to up to one week. We will share shipping updates through our news section.

- For Jeju Island and remote/mountainous areas, please be sure to enter 3,000 KRW in the 'Add Donation' section when making a reservation purchase.
Reward Notes and A/S Policy
After the funding ends, if there is a defect in the reward, you can apply for a refund of the success fee according to the Wadiz success fee refund policy. For detailed policy information, please click the <Refund Policy> tab.
1) Cases that are not considered reward defects
Due to the nature of the reward, the following items may occur and are not considered defects or faults. Please keep this in mind when funding.
- Color differences due to monitor resolution and screen settings may appear differently to each individual.
- Minor details such as loose threads or stitching cannot be considered defects or faults.
- Size discrepancies that occur during the manufacturing process may be within 2cm.
2) Reward A/S Policy
This A/S policy does not apply to initial defects that occur within 7 days of receiving the reward.
- Warranty period: Within 30 days from the date of reward receipt.
- A/S Regulation: Defects that occur during use, not initial defects after receipt, are not eligible for A/S.
- Cases where A/S is not possible: Even within the warranty period, if repair is impossible due to the user's intentional or negligent actions.
1. If the reward is lost or damaged due to the supporterโs responsible actions (excluding packaging damage for simple confirmation).
2. If the value of the reward has decreased due to the supporterโs use or consumption.
3. If the value of the reward has been lost to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time.
4. If the reward is returned arbitrarily without official inquiry and registration procedures through the maker.

- Due to the implementation of the success fund refund policy, the refund policy takes precedence for 7 days after receiving the reward.

- Processing will proceed after confirming that the information of the requester for exchange/success fund refund/A/S matches the supporter information.
- Please be sure to reserve the success fund refund and exchange parcels as cash-on-delivery via Logen Courier. (If you use regular courier, other courier companies, or other methods, additional charges may apply.)
- The shipping cost for size exchanges is 6,000 KRW round-trip (12,000 KRW for Jeju Island and remote/mountainous areas). Please be sure to enclose the shipping fee in the exchange parcel. (*Bank transfer not accepted)
- Please note again that size exchanges are possible only while limited stock is available. (*Size exchange is not possible if stock runs out)
- If there are signs of use or if the item is damaged (broken/malfunctioned/contaminated/washed/ironed) due to carelessness, size exchange is not possible.
- If the product tag, label, or other accessories (such as strings) are damaged or lost, exchange is not possible.
- Size and color changes are allowed only once. The value of the product must not be damaged and the tag must not be removed. You must express your intention to exchange and proceed with the success fund refund within 7 days of receiving the product. The supporter is responsible for the shipping cost due to size or color changes.
