Hello. I am a mother of two and a female entrepreneur!
I am Gyuri Kim, the CEO leading the air hygiene solution brand, Clainnnovation.
During the COVID-19 period, I was a mother raising a three-year-old and a one-year-old, constantly worrying about the air every day.
There were many air purifiers, but it was hard to find a product that safely managed viruses and germs in the air. So, instead of waiting for someone else to make it, I decided to develop air sterilization technology myself.
After being selected for a government support program, I started with technology verification and conducted countless tests and refined the design to create a product safe enough to use around my family every day.
As a result, I was able to complete an air sterilizer that combines ultra-low ozone safety at 0.003ppm, proven sterilization performance, and a design that can always be on in daily life.
My beginning was not business, but a desire to protect my family, and now that desire has grown to wanting to protect the everyday spaces of many more people. To introduce this technology and hear real feedback from users, we thought it was meaningful to take our first step in the market together with Wadiz supporters, rather than simply selling the product.
