Q. I want to edit my shipping information.

- You can edit it on the 'Funding History' page. If you need to change your shipping address after the funding ends due to unavoidable reasons, please contact us through 'Contact the Maker' on that page.

Q. If it is not a defect in the reward.

Due to the nature of the reward, the following issues may occur and are not considered defects or faults. Please keep this in mind when funding.

• Due to the characteristics of leather, presser foot marks, small scratches, stitch marks, and slight waviness in the seams are natural occurrences during the production process. Wrinkles and spots on the cowhide are natural features of genuine leather and are not defects in the reward.
• Although we carefully produce and inspect our products, the edge coat on the sides of the leather is handmade, so there may be very slight differences in thickness. This is not a defect.
• The reward is a product made by stitching, and if the three-dimensional parts are not flattened, there may be a slight margin of error. This does not constitute a defect.
• Due to the nature of leather, please be mindful of temperature and humidity. If it comes into contact with water or foreign substances, wipe it immediately with a cloth and dry it in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
• If you use leather cleaner or essence for regular maintenance, you can preserve the color and gloss of the reward and use it for a long time without damage.
• The width, length, and height of the product were measured while placed on a flat surface.

Q. Is this product water-resistant for daily use?

- This product is water-resistant for everyday use. If it gets wet, wipe off the water and store it after drying in a well-ventilated place to extend its lifespan. Please note that it is not completely waterproof.

Q. What should I do if it gets stained?

- In case of contamination, wipe it immediately with a soft cloth and remove any moisture. Regular care is the best way to use the product for a long time.

Q. To what extent is after-sales service (AS) available?

Depending on the part and shape of the product, repairs may or may not be possible. Please refer to the information below. - Cases eligible for AS: Tearing of the product material (subject to confirmation of paid or free service) - Cases not eligible for AS: Damage caused by use after 14 days from receipt of the product.

Q. What is the difference between funding and shopping?

• Shipping is handled by CJ Logistics. The first round of deliveries will begin one month after the end of the funding period, and rewards will be shipped sequentially in the order of funding.
