Shipping Schedule

After the funding closes, production will begin and shipments will be sent out sequentially upon completion.
Up to 200 items are shipped per day via CJ Logistics, and shipments are made in the order of funding.
(There is no additional shipping fee for islands or remote areas. The standard shipping fee applies.)

A: Yes, we recommend using a neutral detergent with lukewarm water at around 30 degrees. Use the delicate cycle on your washing machine, do not use fabric softener, and dry it in the shade for best results.

Q3. If the size doesn't fit after trying it on, can I exchange it for a different size?
A: Yes, if the size does not fit, we will process a size exchange for you. If you have a specific size request, please let us know before the funding ends and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Q4. Can I have it altered after wearing it?
A: Yes, we offer alteration services. Please note that this is a paid service. However, any defects or faults occurring within three months will be repaired free of charge.

Q5. If the product is defective, will you repair it?
A: If the product you received is defective, we will exchange it for a new one instead of repairing it. For product defects found within 14 days of receiving the reward or within three months, we will repair it free of charge.
