We provide a one-year free warranty from the date of reward receipt.

Minor differences in height and adhesive marks between the top of the product (ABS and TPR) are natural occurrences that happen during the process of bonding three different materials that make up the sensor. Please note that these are not defects.

■ Conditions for free and paid repairs

Free repair: Malfunctions occurring under normal use within the warranty period.

Paid repair: In the following cases, repairs will be charged even within the warranty period.

When the warranty period (1 year) has expired.

Damage or malfunction caused by customer negligence (dropping, submersion, impact, excessive operation, etc.)

If the user arbitrarily disassembles, modifies, or repairs the product.

2. While using the product, silicone deformation occurred.

: The composite material of the sensor located inside the measurement area is designed to gradually fill the internal space according to usage patterns.

: The composite material of the sensor is a consumable, and its lifespan may vary depending on the user's usage patterns.

* Please avoid excessive twisting, rubbing, or heating of the measurement area.

: If deformation is detected on the exterior of the product, please replace the sensor's composite material to maintain optimal performance.

3. The weight measurement results are different/fluctuate greatly.

: Please check if the Fisica Scale device is placed in the correct position. The device should be used on a flat, solid, and dry surface without moisture. If measured on surfaces like carpets or rugs, where it is difficult to level, measurement errors may occur.

: For weight, like general scales on the market, there is a certain margin of error. The error ranges below are within the acceptable levels for commercial scales and do not indicate a product malfunction.

: If the error range is greater than these values, please perform calibration through the device settings.


4. The Vision analysis results are strange / The avatar appears in an abnormal posture.

: Fisica precisely predicts joint positions by combining captured images and plantar pressure data instead of expensive X-ray equipment. For more accurate analysis results, please make sure to check the following three things.


5. There are traces such as glue marks on the top of the silicone pad.


: Minor level differences and glue marks on the cover (ABS and TPR) where you place your feet on the top of the product are a natural result of the process of bonding three different materials that make up the sensor. This phenomenon is not a defect.
