The Insight Chart visualizes apartment transaction prices like a stock index using candlestick charts and short- and long-term moving averages, and shows the flow of the housing market in a multidimensional way along with key indicators such as transaction volume, household income, base interest rate, and PIR.It is a new analytical tool for the housing market.
You can see the trends and transaction volumes of apartment sale prices, and monthly and yearly rental prices at a glance.
Top-down analysis is easy, allowing you to see the forest and the trees as you go from economic indicators โ nationwide โ province โ city/county/district โ town/village/neighborhood โ complex โ unit size.
You can view the flow of sale prices with monthly candlestick charts, short- and long-term moving averages, transaction volume, household income, interest rates, and housing price adequacy index, either all together or selectively.
You can also see buy and sell signals through the crossover points of short- and long-term moving averages. (Note: These signals are mathematical trend indicators and are not 100% accurate.)
