and I love beauty products so much that I try them all.
However, because of my sensitive skin, I was a pro at detecting bad ingredients in cosmetics,
as my skin would always react first.
Rather than vague claims about transforming your skin with a single concept ingredient,
I wanted to provide fundamental care with evidence-based prescriptions,
and create truly healthy cosmetics.

The valuable funds provided by our supporters
will be used in line with Tiny Wave's brand philosophy and values
for 'sustainable and healthy beauty.'
They will be used for research and development of new products.
We will continue to grow with sincerity
as a vegan beauty brand.
Courier service used: CJ Logistics
Packaging method: Minimal packaging and minimal plastic
will be used to deliver your order.
All Tiny Wave products are packaged without unnecessary plastic,
using paper tape and paper cushioning materials.

Cases not recognized as reward defects other than the funding policy
- Due to the nature of cold-pressed shampoo bars, some crumbs may appear when opening the product, which is not considered a reward defect.
- Minor scratches may occur during the production, packaging, or shipping process, which are not considered reward defects.
- Due to the handmade nature of the shampoo bars, there may be slight differences in shape and color.
- Because of the characteristics of shampoo bars, they may soften if exposed to water for a long time. Also, since no artificial hardeners are used, some cracking may occur when drying after use. This is not considered a reward defect.
Wadiz exchange/refund policy
If there is a problem with the product, an exchange is possible. However, issues such as packaging or scratches are not grounds for a refund.They are not.
■ Change of mind by supporter: Application possible within 7 days from the date of receiving the reward.
■ Defective or reward different from description/advertisement: Application possible within 3 months from the date of receiving the reward or within 30 days from the date of recognizing the issue.
When A/S is not available.
- If part or all of the reward is damaged, contaminated, or broken due to the supporter’s fault.
- If the item is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange request procedure through the maker.
