Hello. We are Citron Macaron, a publishing house specializing in food culture that explores the depth of taste and intellect. Citron Macaron is a brand of Isoup Publishing, which began in Seoul in 2014 along with a café of the same name. We wanted to convey food culture itself, different from the recipe-focused cookbooks overflowing in bookstores. The dishes we eat every day are not just simple acts of 'eating.' As the saying goes, 'you are what you eat,' food represents a person's emotions and even their character. Having lived in France for a long time, our representative has translated and published books that are differentiated from existing cookbooks, aiming to share the culture and sentiment of food and cuisine as experienced there.
