Pre-order Returns and A/S Information
What is the exchange/success fund return policy?
Until reward shipping information is registered isSupporters can individually cancel from the payment history in My Wadiz. Exchanges and refunds for initial defects or simple change of mind are possible within 30 days after receiving the reward. Also, after the pre-order ends, round-trip shipping costs may be incurred for cancellations or success fund returns due to a simple change of mind by the supporter.
What are the A/S regulations?
1. The A/S period is three months after receipt, and regardless of the period, A/S due to supporter negligence will be charged.
2. Please make sure to submit all A/S requests to hidenjh2525@nate.com.
3. A/S service is provided by courier, and after depositing the round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW to the designated account, the process will proceed.
