We are moving away from the traditional method of introducing products after their launch,

Now,listening to the voice of our customers and launching products based on their feedback,

we aim to become a customer collaboration brand that approaches you in this new way.

Q. How many times a week can I use it?

A. This is a product that can be used daily!

Q. Can I apply it with my hands?

A. Yes! It is fine to apply it with your hands.

However, due to the nature of the formula, it may leave some stickiness on your hands.

If you use a patchuler, it will be more convenient to use.

Q. Can I apply it without basic skincare?

A. Finish Wrapping Gel is a wrapping-type care product to be applied at the final step after basic skincare.

Be sure to apply all your usual skincare products first, and use this after your cream!

Q. Does it hurt when removing?

A. It peels off gently like shedding snake skin,

so it does not cause irritation like regular peel-off packs.

If you still feel uncomfortable, you can simply wash it off with water!

* Maximum daily shipments: Over 3,000 orders

* For Jeju Island and other remote/island areas during funding,

A/S Policy

* Damage caused by supporter negligence cannot be exchanged or refunded.

* For exchange requests, please contact us via Wadiz message inquiry or

Customer Service Center 02-582-1183 for assistance.

* All other matters are subject to Wadiz operating policies.

If it is not a reward defect

* Due to the nature of the reward, the following issues may occur,

but these are not considered defects or faults of the reward. Please keep this in mind when funding.

* If the product has passed the 14-day period for exchange and refund after funding

Exchange

* Once the reward is opened after receipt, exchange is not possible.

* If the product is delivered damaged, exchange is possible.

* Refunds for initial defects or simple change of mind within 30 days of receipt are not possible.

* In case of exchange due to product defect, all costs will be covered by the maker.

If the exchange is due to the supporter's negligence, you must pay the round-trip shipping fee (6,000 KRW).

(If it was paid shipping, you only need to pay 3,000 KRW one way.)

Funding Refund

* All refund/return requests for funding must be made within

30 days of receiving the reward, and the refund policy will take precedence.

* Supporters must apply for a refund of the funding amount directly through 'My Menu > My Funding.'

* To request a refund, go to the [Funding] menu in the My Wadiz Supporter tab.

On the [Funding History] page, select the project for which you want to request a refund and apply.

* You can find more details in the 'Refund/Policy' tab at the top of the project page.

* If you wish to exchange a reward, please contact the maker directly through the 'Contact Maker' option.

* Once you apply for a refund, you cannot cancel the request, so please apply carefully.

Card payment cancellations may take about 2-5 business days depending on the card company.

* If you used coupons/points when funding and only part of the reward is refunded,

the full amount used will be refunded first.
