Exchange and Refund Policy

• Change of mind by supporter: Can be requested within 7 days from the date of receiving the reward.
• Defective or reward different from description/advertisement: Can be requested within 3 months from the date of receiving the reward or within 30 days from the date the issue is recognized.
• If there is a significant defect that makes the product unusable, exchange and refund are possible. Due to the nature of the product, after-sales service (A/S) is not available.
• If the product has been used or damaged due to consumer negligence, or if the packaging is insufficient and the product is damaged during return, exchange and refund are not possible.
• How to request an exchange: Submit your request through Wadiz's '1:1 Inquiry to Maker' feature.
• During production and packaging/shipping, minor scratches, stains, ink smudges, sticker misalignment, dents, or pressure marks may occur on the sticker. These do not affect product use, so exchanges and refunds are not possible for these reasons.
• If the Super Nine Remover vinyl packaging is opened or the packaging is insufficient and torn during return, exchange and refund are not possible.
• If the grout repair agent package box is damaged or insufficiently packaged during return, resulting in damage to the product, components, or package box, exchange and refund are not possible.
• If you fund multiple quantities and request a refund for only some products, the non-refunded (used) products will be calculated and refunded based on the official online price of our store.
