Pre-order Refund and A/S Guide
What is the exchange/refund policy for success funds?
Until reward shipping information is registered isSupporters can individually cancel from their payment history in My Wadiz. Exchanges and refunds for initial defects or change of mind are possible within 30 days after receiving the reward. Also, if you cancel or request a refund for success funds due to a change of mind after the pre-order ends, round-trip shipping costs may apply.
What are the A/S regulations?
1. The A/S period is three months after receipt, and regardless of the period, A/S due to supporter negligence will be charged.
2. Please make sure to submit A/S requests to hidenjh2525@nate.com.
3. A/S service is provided via courier, and will be processed after depositing a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW to the designated account.
