Maker Introduction

CubbyBoo is a brand that began with the names of our beloved dogs, Coco and Butter.

After spending many years together, as our pets grew older, became ill, and could no longer run and play freely as before, we wanted to create a space at home where they could rest more comfortably and securely. That is how CubbyBoo was started.

CubbyBoo is not just a brand that makes pet products.

We create each product with the mindset of putting pets first and always considering, "What if my own pet used this?"

Currently, we are starting with cushions, but in the future, we plan to expand our brand to include houses, carriers, toys, harnesses, bowls, and other products essential to pets' daily lives.

We aim to be a brand that combines comfort for pets with designs that satisfy their owners.

CubbyBoo will continue to create products that both pets and their owners can enjoy, so they can have a more comfortable and happy daily life together.

Reason for Wadiz Funding

Through this Wadiz Funding, we want to gauge the market response and understand the real needs of our customers.

Based on this, we plan to expand our brand beyond cushions to include houses, carriers, toys, harnesses, bowls, and more.

We aim to grow our brand with a variety of pet products.

Funding Usage Plan

The amount raised through this Funding will be used to improve the quality and ensure the stable production of CubbyBoo products.

In particular, we are continuously improving materials and structure so that pets can use our products more comfortably, and we also plan to use the funds for developing our unique Scent Kit and packaging.

Additionally, to ensure a more stable production environment and quality control, we will use the funds for sample improvements and production costs, and we plan to invest in product inspection and packaging processes to deliver highly satisfying products to our supporters.

Shipping Information

Product manufacturing will be completed within at least one month and up to two months.

Once production is complete and the items arrive, they will be inspected and packaged for shipping immediately.

[Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Not Possible]

- If there are signs of use or contamination.

- If the value of the product is damaged after washing or use.

- If the scent kit has been opened.

- If an exchange is requested after use due to a simple change of mind.

- Color differences or slight size errors due to monitor settings.

Reward A/S Policy

If an initial defect is found within 7 days of receiving the Reward, exchange or refund is possible.

Exchange or refund due to a simple change of mind is not possible.

Due to the nature of the fabric, slight flattening of the fibers, differences in grain direction, or small loose threads are not considered defects.

Products that show signs of use, contamination, or deformation after washing are excluded from exchange.

It is difficult to exchange or refund the fragrance kit after opening.

If there are functional issues such as sewing defects or zipper malfunctions, we will handle them after verification.
