Why is the country of manufacture Korea?

Klangk contains 100% raw materials from a renowned German coating company. Although the raw materials are from Germany, the finished product is manufactured domestically, so it is labeled as made in Korea.

Shipping Information

Shipping inquiries: Kenix Industry (1644-1637) / Wadiz inquiry chat (available only from 10 AM to 5 PM).
The product will be safely packaged and shipped in a courier box.
For Jeju Island and other remote areas, please make sure to select the additional shipping fee option for Jeju/remote areas when funding.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Warranty period: 1 month from the date of reward receipt.
For 7 days after receiving the reward, the Wadiz refund policy takes precedence.
Exchanges and refunds are not possible if the package box seal is damaged or after opening.
If there is a significant defect that makes the product unusable, exchange and refund are possible; however, due to the nature of the product, after-sales service (A/S) is not available.
Exchanges and refunds are not possible if the product is defective or unsellable due to use or intentional or negligent actions by the supporter.
If the sealed sticker is opened or damaged, exchanges and refunds due to a simple change of mind are not possible.
Even if the sealed sticker is not opened, exchanges and refunds are not possible if the package box or other items are dented or damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging.
If you proceed with a partial refund after funding a discounted set option, the used (non-refundable) rewards will be calculated and refunded based on the regular price of each item.
Towels, suede cloths, and coating blocks may have minor discoloration, fraying, dents, compression, or scratches due to the manufacturing and packaging process. These do not affect usage and are not grounds for exchange or refund.
