Fifteen years ago, like other backpackers, I was traveling the world with a hiking backpack.

Exchange and A/S Policy

• Warranty period: Lifetime warranty (The free warranty period is 6 months from the reward receipt date).
  
• Free A/S :  Free A/S is available in case of product defects, and if the product has not been used, it can be exchanged for a new one. (However, even within the free A/S period, damage caused by clear mishandling will be subject to paid A/S.)
• Paid A/S : If the warranty period has expired, A/S will be provided for a fee, and the cost and duration may vary depending on the extent of the damage.
• Precautions : If the same part is not available, A/S will be provided with substitute parts.
• Cases where A/S is not possible : Even within the warranty period, if repair or restoration is impossible due to intentional or negligent actions by the user.

• Please note that the following cases do not qualify as reward defects.

- A loose thread may appear at the end during fabric sewing. Since it is not a thread that will unravel, please cut it with scissors or similar tools.

- During the manufacturing process, fabric fibers may stick to the backpack seams like cotton candy. This does not affect product quality, so please remove them by hand or cut them with scissors.

- Sometimes, the zipper pull may be located in the middle of the backpack zipper. In such cases, pushing it to one side may cause both sides to open, but if you move the zipper pull back and forth a few times, the zipper will align correctly.
