■ Umbrella Production Process System

Our automatic single umbrellas are made by individually contacting the fabric supplier (A), rib supplier (B), shaft and final assembly supplier (C), and handle manufacturer (D). This allows us to obtain higher quality materials at the same price due to cost reduction. In addition, since companies A, B, C, and D do not know each other, and we have an exclusive supply contract with the final assembly company C, it is difficult for copy products of I'M LIGHT long umbrellas to appear on the market.

After the Reward has been delivered and the 7-day Funding refund period has passed, you can purchase our products through the official 'Rainworks' website. Alternatively, you can email us or call our customer center for detailed guidance. However, please note that the Early Bird price benefit is only available during Wadiz Funding and cannot be found elsewhere, so don't miss this opportunity.

Q2. What is the exchange/Funding refund (return)/A/S policy?
※ In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act, the Wadiz exchange/refund policy is as follows.
■ Change of mind by supporter: Application possible within 7 days from the date of receiving the Reward.
■ Defective or Reward different from description/advertisement: Application possible within 3 months from the date of receiving the Reward or within 30 days from the date the issue is recognized.

A.Until Reward shipping information is registered Funding can be canceled on the 'Funding History' page until Reward shipping information is registered, but cancellation is not possible after registration. In case of exchange due to Reward defect, it is possible within 30 days from the date of receipt, and all costs will be borne by the maker. Damage to the product due to supporter negligence, not product defect, will be exchanged for a fee and follows Wadiz's Funding refund policy.

■ Reward A/S Policy

For initial defects occurring within 7 days of receiving the Reward, the Funding refund policy will be applied first. For supporters who prefer exchange over refund, a 1:1 replacement will be provided. (Please note that if the replacement process exceeds 7 days, Funding refund will not be possible.)
- A/S period: Free A/S is available for product defects from 8 to 30 days after receiving the Reward (round-trip shipping cost borne by the supporter).
- How to request A/S: Please submit your request with specific details of the defect to the contact below, and it will be processed after accurate verification.

-During the rainy season or heavy rainfall, water may flow through the fabric or seams, but this is not a defect. (This is a precaution that applies to all umbrellas sold in Korea.)

★ After using the umbrella, please open and dry it thoroughly. If you fold it without drying, moisture may accumulate in the umbrella fabric and be absorbed. If repeated over a long period, this may negatively affect the water repellency, so please keep this in mind.

Hello, I am Myunghyun Kim, the maker of Rainworks I'M LIGHT and a Normalist.
Did you know that umbrellas are one of the most difficult items to recycle? Because recycling is complicated, 100,000 umbrella wastes are discarded annually (enough to build one Eiffel Tower).

There are various advantages to making umbrellas with 'carbon' material.

We aim to create long-lasting umbrellas by using carbon materials. In doing so, we contribute to reducing the large amount of umbrella waste and believe this is an activity we can do for the resource circulation of essential everyday umbrellas.

1. Please use our umbrella cover with a shoulder strap instead of a plastic umbrella cover.
(Environmental pollution caused by plastic cannot be ignored either.)
2. Repair broken umbrellas. We also provide after-sales service, but local government umbrella repair centers also offer free repairs. (Umbrellas that are difficult to repair can be donated to be reused as repair materials.)
