Q1. Can I purchase overseas direct import or proxy sales products?

A1. Bite Away is a medical device approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (Import Approval No. 20-229). According to the Ministry's proxy purchase guidelines, based on Article 24 (Prohibition of Labeling and Advertising) and Article 26, Paragraph 1 (Prohibition of General Acts) of the Medical Device Act,It is prohibited to purchase medical devices through proxy sales from unauthorized sellers. In addition, under the Customs Act, overseas purchases of all medical devices are, in principle, prohibited from customs clearance.

Q2. Can children use bite away® two?

A2.Children aged 12 and older who can use it by themselves may use it independently. It is possible.Children aged 36 months or older up tounder 12 years should use it with adult assistance. For young children, as they may be startled by the hot sensation, please refrain from use or use only after sufficient testing.

Q3. Can it relieve itching after mosquito bites?

A3. Bite Away is a medical device that temporarily relieves itching by applying localized heat to the area of the mosquito bite.medical device.

Q4. Is there a risk of burns due to the heat during operation?

A4. A ceramic pad heated to approximately 51°C delivers heat locally to the mosquito bite area for 3 or 5 seconds.

Q7. Can bite away® two be used on all parts of the body? 

A7. No. Do not use on the eyes or eyelids, mucous membranes, open wounds, damaged skin, burns or burned skin, frostbite, small fiber neuropathy, allodynia, hyperalgesia, or areas with tumors or malignant changes in the skin. It can be used on areas other than those listed above.

Q8. Can bite away® two be used if a severe allergic reaction (anaphylactic reaction) occurs after a mosquito bite?   

A8. If the first signs of an anaphylactic reaction occur (e.g., itching, redness, swelling or formation of moisture; dizziness, nausea, difficulty breathing, hypotension or hypertension),contact a doctor immediately.

Q10. How should I store it?

Q11. What are the differences between bite away® two and the original product?

It is also compatible with rechargeable batteries, so both regular and rechargeable batteries can be used. (However, the official maximum usage count of 300 times is based on regular batteries.)

The battery cover opening and closing mechanism has been improved, making battery replacement even easier.
