Although we have already verified the product's recognition several times through Wadiz crowdfunding, we are proceeding with the goal of developing a finished product by communicating with supporters and receiving feedback to improve the product.

3. An additional 5,000 KRW for Jeju Island and remote areas

4. Rewards will be shipped sequentially according to the order of funding.

Exchange/Refund/After-sales Service Guide

1. Refunds are available for initial defects or change of mind within 30 days after receiving the reward.

(Only possible if the original box is undamaged and retained.)

2. Refund procedure: (Supporter) Transfer 15,000 KRW to the maker -> Maker approves refund -> Refund completed

3. Warranty period: 6 months after receiving the product

4. Exchange and A/S policy: After receiving and checking the product, we will notify you of the issue and resend the product.

5. Cases where exchange is not possible: Scratches on the packaging box that occur during delivery are not considered defects of the reward.
