This pre-order project is one that received a lot of attention from supporters through the previous new product reservation purchase. Delivery is scheduled to be shipped sequentially after the project ends.

Q2. How should I choose the size?

The reward is made to fit the average size of Koreans. Please note that there may be differences in size for each supporter. Please refer to the size guide.

Q3. If the size does not fit, can I exchange it?

Yes, exchanges are possible. After the reward is shipped, we will provide instructions on how to exchange through an update. (An exchange fee of 6,000 KRW will be charged.)

Q4. What is the difference between a regular online store and Wadiz pre-order?

Unlike regular online stores, you can get a special price benefit as the product is introduced to supporters for the first time! This reward isprepared with a special price benefit available only on Wadiz.

Q5. After the pre-order ends, are exchange, refund, and after-sales service possible?

Yes, it is possible. Since the pre-order project is subject to the Electronic Commerce Act,
- Change of mind by the supporter, not a product defect.: Application possible within 7 days from the date of receiving the reward.
- Reward with defects or different from the description or advertisement.: Application possible within 3 months from the date of receiving the reward or within 30 days from the date the fact is recognized.
- Defects caused by product issues within 6 months.In such cases, free after-sales service will be provided.

Q6. Are there any precautions or things to check when using?

Washing is not recommended, but if necessary, use a neutral detergent and wash in lukewarm water below 40°C. Please dry in the shade.
