[ Refund, Exchange, and A/S Policy ]
You can cancel your pre-order on the 'Pre-order History' page until the reward shipping information is registered,
but cancellations are not possible after the deadline.
Matters regarding the return of successful funding amounts follow the Wadiz successful funding return policy.
However, issues such as scratches on product packaging are not valid reasons for refund or exchange.

- Change of mind by supporter: Application possible within 7 days from the date of receiving the reward.
- Defective or reward different from description/advertisement: Application possible within 3 months from the date of receiving the reward or within 30 days from recognizing the issue.

[ Cases Where A/S Is Not Available ]
- If part or all of the reward is damaged/contaminated/deteriorated due to the supporter's fault.
- If the product or its components are lost, or damaged/broken/contaminated due to careless handling.
- If the item is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange request procedure through the maker.
