2) Shipping will be done sequentially (in order of Funding), with a maximum of 500 units shipped per day.

Exchange, Refund, and A/S Policy

1) Warranty period: 1 year from the date of receiving the Reward

2) A/S policy: For defects occurring during use (not initial defects upon receipt), a 1:1 replacement will be provided.

3) Cases where A/S is not available: Even within the warranty period, if repair or restoration is impossible due to intentional or negligent actions by the user.

4) How to request A/S: Please submit your request with detailed information about the defect to the contact point below, and it will be processed after accurate verification.
