Beyond Persona began with the question,“Is there no way for us to truly understand each other?” This question was the starting point.

The resolution of the language we use is lower than the resolution of human perception. Because of the limitations of expression, we often fail to fully convey our intentions and sometimes create misunderstandings. Perhaps this is why even close friends who have spent a long time together find it difficult to deeply understand each other through conversation alone.

This question eventually turned inward. It became a concern of, 'How can I understand others when my understanding of myself is incomplete?' We often categorize people easily into a single type or a few words. However,humans are more complex than a few words, and we possess more personas than the ones we believe we know about ourselves. Before we can navigate relationships with others, we concluded that it is necessary to first look back at ourselves and clearly understand our own complex inner worlds.

This project is not simply an attempt to create another personality test. It is the result of a desire to understand more precisely why I make judgments in certain ways, what relationships shake me, and under what conditions I become clearer.

Beyond Persona is the result of turning that very question into a product. This is why we have refined every sentence, every result screen, and every analysis structure without easy compromise. Rather than lightly defining a person, we wanted to create a tool that shows an individual's patterns in higher resolution.

At 'Sona Lab,' we are refining Beyond Persona asa tool to help people living in the AI era understand themselves more precisely. And based on this, we hope to help people build better relationships.
