We are Petlink, connecting pets and their owners to a healthier daily life.
We have a precious dog who turned 15 years old this year.
As our dog got older, the summer heat became even more difficult to endure,
and seeing our dog struggle with the winter cold always broke our hearts.
"Isn't there a way to make things a little more comfortable?"
This small concern is what led to this project.
When planning our products, we don't just focus on functions or trends first.
We start by solving the inconveniences and concerns experienced in real pet life.
Especially while living with a senior dog, we have felt the seasonal changes,
the difficulty of temperature control, and the importance of the walking environment as major challenges.
Based on these experiences, we are researching and developing products that allow pets to live more comfortably
and healthily.
Going forward, Petlink will continue to create a better pet culture through products that improve the quality of life for pets.
Why at Wadiz
Our dog, now 15 years old, has become much more sensitive to heat and cold with age.
Especially in the summer, we often see our dog struggling so much that even walks become a burden,
and since regular walks and activity are important even for senior dogs,
we started development with the hope of creating a more comfortable environment, even if just a little.
At first, it started as an ice cushion,
but during actual use, we felt its limitations and improved it to an air circulation method,
and after about three years of testing and refinement, we were able to complete the current product.
During the development period, our pet gradually lost its eyesight.
Spending that time together made us think, 'I'm glad we started early,'
and our desire to help other pet owners with similar concerns grew stronger.
So, through this Wadiz crowdfunding, we want to share this experience with more pet owners,
and verify together whether this product is truly helpful.
