Free A/S: Exchanges are available for product defects occurring within 7 days from the date of reward receipt.

Shipping schedule: Sequential shipping after pre-order ends

Additional shipping fee: An extra 4,000 KRW will be charged for Jeju/remote island deliveries.
For Jeju/remote island deliveries, we will contact you individually before shipping and provide the account information for the shipping fee deposit.
