The scent had to be pleasant,
but we didn't want the fragrance to overpower everything.

we continuously adjusted the formula, scent, texture, and finish.

I am the maker of Curltrol.

I have struggled with curly hair for a long time.

Even when I used shampoos that were said to be good,
or products recommended by salons,
something was always missing.

So I decided to make it myself.
