The background for preparing this project is as follows.
The numbers of a small company are scattered more easily than you might think. Sales are in Excel, expenses are in card statements, tax invoices are on Hometax, and project profits and losses often remain only in the manager's mind.
The CEO needs to check the company's status every time, but if there is no standard to see everything at a glance, decisions are easily delayed. It's not because they don't know the numbers, but because there is no structure to view them, which often causes bottlenecks.
That's why Genius has reorganized the existing number management templates. It's not just a simple bundle of Notion templates, but an operational system that connects everything from basic company information to sales, purchases, expenses, labor costs, projects, work standards, and reports.
This Funding amount will be used to further refine the number management system and to create guides and AI utilization materials that supporters can actually follow and use.
